Fury’s promoter gave an ultimatum before Usyk fight

Fury’s promoter Warren predicted the failure of the fight with Usyk if he was offered a low fee

The team of British boxer Tyson Fury delivered an ultimatum before the fight with Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk. It is reported by talkSPORT.

The athlete’s promoter Frank Warren predicted the failure of the fight if the Briton was offered an insufficiently high fee for him. He added that most likely the negotiations will be completed by March 12.

Usyk’s promoter Oleksandr Krasyuk confirmed that the discussion is being dragged out due to disagreements over remuneration. “At first we wanted to split the fee 50/50. But Tyson Fury wanted more money. Then we made it clear that we agree to “60 to 40”, but 60% will go to the winner, ”said the manager. He noted that fighters usually set impossible conditions if they do not want the fight to take place.
