Fitness trainer Ekaterina Vinogradova named the best exercises to wake up the body. This is reported by Pravda.

Vinogradova said that exercises, consisting of 5-10 exercises, should be done 15 minutes after waking up. It is performed at a relaxed pace and in a comfortable environment. First you need to walk around the apartment, make tilts and turns of the head, circular movements of the shoulders and tilts of the body forward.

Then you should perform a set of exercises for the muscles of the arms and shoulders. It is followed by a set of exercises for the muscles of the legs: squats and hip abduction to the side. Next, you need to do a set of exercises for the back muscles, including the “cat” exercise. The last will be the press exercise.
