Are you a dolphin, a wolf, a bear or a lion? The time you start your day is very important

Many people wonder what time to go to bed in order to wake up refreshed. It turns out that much depends on our biological clock. There are 4 sleep chronotypes: dolphin, lion, bear and wolf. Which chronotype suits you?

Sleep chronotype is an internal clock that determines the circadian rhythm for our body. It is genetically determined, but factors such as personality, age and lifestyle also have an impact. There are 4 sleep chronotypes. Check who you are.

Basic division. Early birds and owls

The basic division divides people into owls and early birds, otherwise known as larks. Larks function well early in the morning, but as the day progresses they lose energy and become tired, so they go to bed early. Owls, on the other hand, do not like being active in the morning. They like to sleep in and are most active in the evening, so they often work at night. However, there is another division that is more detailed and distinguishes 4 sleep chronotypes.
