The team has two friendlies scheduled, against Japan, on March 24, and South Korea, on the 28th. Both matches will be away from home.
Broli led the under-20 team recently during the category’s South American campaign, which ended runner-up to Celeste. Within the next few days, the team that will work with the professional in the games in Asia will be announced.
With the elimination in the group stage at the World Cup in Qatar, Uruguay fired coach Diego Alonso and has been without a commander since then.
