Former Akhmat football player Zaurbek Pliev spoke about the gifts that the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, made to the club’s players. His words are quoted by Metaratings.
“Ablai Mbenga gave the car immediately after his brace to Spartak. To my pupils [Ризвану] Utsiev and [Магомеду] Mitrishev gave Mercedes. In general, Kadyrov did not deprive us, everything was always there, ”he assessed the approach of the head of Chechnya.
Pliev noted that otherwise, during his time with the team, the players did not receive particularly generous courtesies.
