Sporting beats Estoril and wins the second in a row in the Portuguese Championship

This Monday, Sporting beat Estoril, by 2 to 0, in a duel valid for the 22nd round of the Portuguese Championship. At the Alvalade stadium, Bellerin and Trincao did.

With this result, Sporting occupies fourth place in the Portuguese table, with 41 points conquered. Meanwhile, Estoril has 22 and is in 15th place, close to the relegation zone.

Both teams return to the field this Saturday, for the 23rd round of the Portuguese Championship. Sporting visits Portimonense, at 3 pm (Brasília time), at Estádio Municipal de Portimão. Estoril receives Vizela, at Estádio Antonio Coimbra da Mota, at 12:30.

Sporting opened the scoring with Bellerin, in the 40th minute. After exchanging passes near the area, the ball was left to the player, who finished to put Leão in advantage. The bid was reviewed and confirmed by VAR.

At seven minutes of the second half, the home team expanded. Trincão received from the left, dribbled the marking, invaded the area and overcame the goalkeeper before finishing and swinging the net.
