Already classified for the 2022 World Cup, Germany beat Armenia 4-1 with ease this Sunday and ended its participation in the European Qualifiers. The match was held at the Estadio Republicano de Erevan.

Germany was left in the first half and managed to dominate the actions of the game with ease. The visitors opened the scoring in the 14th minute with Havertz taking advantage of Hofmann’s pass. After further attempts, Gundogan converted a 48th-minute penalty to double Germany’s lead before the break.
Gundogan took four minutes in the second half to score another goal, counting with a failure by the opposing goalkeeper. The home team managed to score in the 13th minute, with Mkhitaryan taking a penalty, but Germany scored another with Hofmann in the 18th minute to seal the victory.
