Five-time Olympic champion Johannes Klebo reacted to the proposal of the German national team coach Peter Schlickenrieder to reduce the number of Norwegian skiers at the World Cup. His words are quoted by “Skiing”.
The athlete said that at the end of the season it is necessary to arrange a meeting with the participation of skiers from all countries to discuss this topic. He drew attention to the fact that the Norwegians are carefully selected at home starts to get into the national team. “Our best practices could help other teams develop,” Klebo summed up.
