The Times: PSG could part ways with Mbappe, Neymar or Messi to cut costs
It became known about the plans of the management of Paris Saint-Germain to part with some of the club’s players in order to reduce costs. It is reported by The Times.
According to the publication, in the summer of 2023, the club wants to reduce the salary fund by 30 percent. This will lead to the fact that the Parisians can stop working with at least one of the leaders of the team – the Frenchman Kylian Mbappe, the Argentinean Lionel Messi or the Brazilian Neymar. The reduction in costs is due to a settlement agreement with the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) on financial fair play.
