Fitness trainer Daniil Korshunov revealed one exercise for pumping the whole body. His words are quoted by Sport-Express.

According to Korshunov, this exercise is an improved version of the burpee. It is also carried out in several stages. The trainer advises doing it ten or more times, but for beginners, he suggests reducing the number of repetitions.

“Starting position: standing straight, feet shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees, touch your hands to the floor and transfer your entire body weight to your hands. You are in a plank position, the starting position for push-ups. As with a push-up, lower yourself out of the plank position with your elbows bent. Lying on your stomach, spread your arms, ”the expert described the first part of the exercise.

Next, you need to tear your arms and legs off the floor at the same time, bending in your back, and stay in this position for a few seconds. This part is similar to the boat exercise, which is considered one of the best for strengthening the back muscles.

To complete the exercise, follow this: “Return your hands to the push-up position and complete it. You will again find yourself in the plank. Jump your legs up to your hands to a squat position. Jump up with your hands clapping above your head.

Earlier, fitness trainer Anna Egorova named the best exercises for relieving back tension. She recommended ‘cat’, wall-to-wall bends, and ‘baby pose’ stretches.
