The ex-wife accused the ex-player of Spartak Welliton of domestic violence

Rafaela Carvalho, the ex-wife of ex-Spartak player Welliton, accused the Brazilian footballer of domestic violence. It is reported by UOL.

“It went on for a long time, six years. He attacked me many times when we lived outside of Brazil, ”the woman said and noted that the athlete continues to pursue her. She said that after the attacks, Welliton hid her passport, phone and money, few people knew about violent actions, she barely managed to escape to her friends after one of the incidents.

According to the source, Welliton at least four times committed acts of violence, threats, psychological pressure and harassment against his ex-wife. When trying to end the relationship, she constantly received threats, but more than a year ago she was able to file for divorce and wrote several statements to the police.

Welliton played for Spartak Moscow from 2007 to 2014. In 2009 and 2010, the Brazilian was recognized as the top scorer of the Russian championship. In total, the striker played 133 matches for the red-and-whites, in which he scored 61 goals and gave 19 assists.

Earlier, Keviam Caso, the girlfriend of the Ecuadorian Sochi midfielder Christian Noboa, also accused the footballer of beating him. She stated that the athlete hit her at least ten times after Caso found him in bed with two women.
