Meeting with representatives of Flamengo and Del Valle defines final details for Recopa

Flamengo and Independiente Del Valle will play, at 21:30 (Brasília time) this Tuesday, the first leg of the Recopa Sul-Americana, at Estadio Banco Guayaquil, in Quito (EQU). The Recopa Sul-Americana brings together the current champions of the two main continental competitions in South America. In 2022, Flamengo became three-time champion of Libertadores by beating Athletico-PR in the final, while Independiente Del Valle defeated São Paulo to win the second Sudamericana in its history.

The Rubro-Negro, which will not have Marinho and midfielder Gerson available for the confrontation, landed in the capital of Ecuador, stage of the decision, last Sunday and trained this Monday. The club from Rio has a Recopa title, won in 2020.
