Max Gradel debuted the scoreboard, at 10 of the first half. The nets returned to swing only in the final stage. Maxwel Cornet, at 16, and Michael Seri, at 45, expanded to the owners of the house.

As a result, the Ivorians took the lead in group D, with 13 points, one more than Cameroon. Mozambique, on the other hand, puts on the lantern, with just one point.
Next Tuesday, it will be decided who will advance to the third stage of the Qualifiers. Away from home, Côte d’Ivoire faces Cameroon. Only one victory ranks the home team.
