A total of 40 aftershocks were recorded, and the epicenter was 30 km from the city of Gaziantep. The strength of the quake was estimated at 7.8 on the Richter scale. Łukasz Bok from “KiKŚ” reports that the number of victims of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria has already exceeded 34,000.

The Turkish Handball Federation informed on February 6 this year about the disappearance of Hatayspor coach Savas Yukses and Cemal Kutahya, a representative of Turkey and a former Ankaraspor player. We will do everything to preserve the name of Kutahya, who has been successfully representing our country at the highest level for years. Kutahyi played for Hatay Buyukehir Belediyespor, which is currently the leader of the Turkish league. In 15 matches she scored 29 points.
