Knockout matches Conmebol, UEFA and Concacaf to the Qatar 2022 World Cup for today, Friday, November 12

New round of qualifying for the World Cup in Qatar 2022, where the teams belonging to UEFA will continue to play matchday 9 and Conmebol’s on date 13; while in Concacaf the date 7 of the octagonal final will be played.

For this Friday, European teams that will be active will be those belonging to groups C, F and I, where some countries could already obtain their place in the Qatar 2022 World Cup.

In group C, Italy and Switzerland will face a momentous match in their aspirations to qualify directly. Both teams are even in points and the winner will come off at the top in the absence of one more date to finalize the qualifier.

For group F, Scotland will visit Moldova in search of securing second place in the area, to enter the playoffs. Denmark, who will face the Faroe Islands, have already secured first place and their participation in Qatar 2022.

While in group I, England will seek to secure their qualification when they host Albania. The English are leaders with 20 points, three more than Poland that will visit Andorra.

Already in South America, Uruguay and Argentina will play the Rio de la Plata classic, in what will be the last match on date 13. The Uruguayans will seek to take revenge for the 3-0 received in the last FIFA date and ascend to a direct classification position. While the Argentines will try to establish themselves in second place and remain undefeated.

The four games will end the day that will be played between the eight teams that dispute the final octagonal Concacaf. At 20:05, Honduras will host Panama with the obligation to win to get out of the last place and get closer to the Panamanians, who are fourth and have the playoff spot.
