Fitness Expert Yong Reveals Five Low-Intensity Workout Exercises For Weight Loss
Fitness expert Anthony Yong talked about low-intensity training for weight loss. His words leads the portal Eat This, Not That.
Young notes that high loads combined with a diet can become a serious stress for the body. He suggests alternating high-intensity workouts with less intense workouts. The specialist advises performing a sequence of five exercises. First you need to do 30 squats, holding a dumbbell with both hands at chest level. Then perform the “farmer’s walk” movement: take a dumbbell or kettlebell in one hand, straighten your shoulder blades, take a few short steps forward, and then repeat the movements by changing your hand.
The expert also called the “bear step” exercise effective. “Get on all fours with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips; keep your knees a couple of centimeters above the ground. Crawl forward with small steps,” Yong said. You need to walk 20 meters, then do two more approaches.
After that, you need to stand up to the wall, pressing your back against it closely, and do three sets of 10 squats. You need to complete the workout with a movement to stretch and relax: sit on your knees, put your body on the floor, stretching your arms forward.
On February 9, coach Eduard Kuzminov named the best replacement for running at home. He stated that it is best to raise your knees high. The exercise should be performed in five circles for one minute, during breaks imitating jumping rope, bouncing low.
