The Baza edition in its Telegram channel reports on the details of the detention of the Russian mixed style (MMA) fighter Usman Nurmagomedov.
As it became known, the car in which the athlete was, knocked down a police officer sent from Nizhny Novgorod. According to one of the versions, Khabib Nurmagomedov’s cousin and his friend were late for the flight and for this reason ignored the police officer’s request to stop the car.
Earlier it became known that in Moscow, at the Sheremetyevo airport, the police detained Nurmagomedov and his friend Kamal Idrisov. They are suspected of running into a law enforcement officer in Makhachkala.
Usman Nurmagomedov played the last fight on October 23 as part of the Bellator 269 event in Moscow. He won an early victory over Patrick Pietilu from Finland.
In total, the 23-year-old athlete has 14 professional fights. He won all 14 fights, 12 of which ended ahead of schedule.
