This is the end of the MMA legend! He was knocked out and ended his career [WIDEO]

Fyodor Emelianenko is a legend in the world of MMA, although he has never fought in the UFC, the best federation in the world. The Russian began his career 23 years ago at the Rings galas. Later, he became a big star of the cult Japanese PRIDE federation. And since 2017, he has wrestled at Bellator events. Although he is 46 years old, he still did not avoid challenges. In 2021, he knocked out Tim Johnson in the first round. It was his – note – 40th career victory. This weekend at Bellator 290, he wanted to avenge Ryan Bader for his loss in 2019. But the Russian died.

The 39-year-old American was noticeably faster, but initially avoided open warfare. In the end, however, he managed to take down the Russian, controlled him, and then began to pound him on the ground. The referee had no choice but to stop the fight.

After the fight, Fedor announced that he would not fight again. Moments later, other MMA legends entered the cage and took a commemorative photo. Next to the Russian stood m.in. Royce Gracie, Randy Couture, Josh Barnett, Chuck Liddell and Renzo Gracie.

Emelianenko on mobilization

When a few months ago Vladimir Putin announced in a special address that he had signed a decree on partial mobilization, many Russians fled the country. In addition, some of the citizens deliberately broke their limbs so as not to be fit for military service. Emelianenko criticized their attitude.

– In my environment, people’s reactions are different, people have different thoughts, because many questions arise in their minds. But I personally was shocked when I found out what was happening in Russia. What Happens at Military Conscription Points. People running away from mobilization? Leaving Russia during the war? I can’t understand it. Me and my people from the staff will be ready to defend the homeland if necessary – .
