Haller scores first goal after beating cancer as Dortmund win fourth straight German

O Borussia Dortmund won his fourth consecutive match for the German Championship. The team received Freiburg, this Saturday, and won by the score of 5 to 1, at Signal Iduna Park.

Among those responsible for the goals of the match, striker Haller stands out, who, a few days after returning to the pitch after being sidelined for six months by testicular cancer, scored for the first time since the end of treatment. Schlotterbeck, Adeyemi, Julian Brandt and Reyna scored the other goals for Aurinegro.

In this way, Dortmund reached the second place in the Bundesliga, with the same score as the rival Bayern Munchen (37 points). The Bavarians, however, can again open the advantage this Sunday, at 13:30 (Brasília time), when they face Wolfsburg.

The next commitment of the Borussia team is this Wednesday, but in a duel for the round of 16 of the German Cup, against Bochum. The team returns to the field for the national league only next Saturday, against Werder Bremen.

How were the goals?

Borussia Dortmund had their work facilitated on the field after 17 minutes, Sildialli received the second yellow card for a foul and left Freiburg with one less. Doing justice to the numerical advantage, Schlotterbeck was the one who opened the scoring after completing a corner kick with a left-handed shot, at 26′.

Even behind the scoreboard and with the expulsion, the visitors sought a tie in the 45th minute of the first stage. Holer had hits and hits in the area, and put it to the bottom of the net.
