The first Friday match of the Ekstraklasa, in which Wis³a P³ock is to face Warta Poznań, has also been called into question. – Due to unfavorable weather conditions, the decision whether today’s match between Wisła and Warta will take place will be made by the judges and captains. Unfortunately, none of these people have managed to reach the stadium yet – informed Wisła’s spokesman Michał Łada.
An employee of Wisła confirmed that the conditions in Płock are dramatic. – I live a mile from the stadium. I drove 25 minutes … – he wrote. He also tweeted a photo of the pitch two hours before the game was scheduled to start.
According to the portal Weslo, due to the bad weather on the roads, even the judges and even the Canal+ TV crew have not yet arrived at the stadium.

After playing 18 rounds of the Ekstraklasa, Wisła is currently ranked 7th in the table with 28 points. Warta has a similar situation, as it is in the 9th position with two points behind Płock. The leader is still Raków Częstochowa (42 points), which is 7 points ahead of the second Legia Warszawa.
