This Friday, Arsenal announced on their social networks the contract renewal of striker Gabriel Martinelli. The 21-year-old athlete’s new contract runs until 2027, with an option to extend for another year.

After signing, Edu Gaspar, sporting director of Arsenal, celebrated the renewal and praised the Brazilian player: “Gabriel is still only 21 years old and he is a player with great skill and personality. He is an important part of our future and we are very satisfied because we signed a new contract”.
Revealed by Ituano, Martinelli arrived at Arsenal in mid-2019, after standing out in Paulistão. For the English, the striker played in 111 matches, scoring 25 goals and distributing 16 assists. The athlete was one of Tite’s squad for the World Cup in Qatar.
With his contract extended, Martinelli’s focus is on helping his club win the Premier League. Currently, Arsenal is the leader of the competition, with 50 points in 19 matches. The Gunners’ next Premier League game will be this Saturday against Everton.
