UFC head reveals details of McGregor’s return

The head of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Dana White has revealed the details of the return of Irishman Conor McGregor to performances. The promoter gave an interview to the YouTube channel Pardon My Take.

White stated that he still considers McGregor to be one of the best fighters in the world. “Of course, it is important who will be his rival. But McGregor will definitely lead the UFC tournament when he returns, “said the head of the organization.

On November 8, UFC fighter Michael Chandler expressed his willingness to fight McGregor. The Irishman said he was interested in such a confrontation.

McGregor continues to recover from a broken leg after fighting Dustin Poirier in July. On October 31, the Irishman posted a video in which he walks on his feet during boxing training. So the fighter announced a return to performances.

In September, White said he expected McGregor to return by the end of 2021. In July, the Irishman lost to Porier for the second time in his career. He celebrated victory only in the first fight with the American, which took place in 2014.
