Police officers shared details of the detention of Russian mixed-style (MMA) fighter Salman Dzhamaldaev with drugs at Vnukovo airport. REN TV leads them.
According to the source, initially, law enforcement officers detained a teenager with a parcel in Moscow, who guided them to the athlete. The minor said that he helped the fighter’s sister, so he was involved in the transportation and delivery of drugs. He stressed that he wanted to refuse, but Dzhamaldaev began to threaten him. “I provided all the information, I knew his address. And they intercepted him at the airport, ”the schoolboy summed up.
Dzhamaldaev’s detention became known on November 8. The Chechen athlete could not fly to Grozny, as a prohibited substance was found in him during the search. A criminal case was opened against him for drug trafficking.
Jamaldaev is a fighter of the Akhmat club and a former champion of the WFCA and ACB promotions in featherweight. On account of his 20 wins and two defeats in fights according to the rules of MMA.
