Elizaveta Peskova, daughter of the press secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov, on Instagram reacted to the unfair marks given to her sister Nadezhda in figure skating competitions.
Peskova called it surprising that the judges considered Nadezhda’s performance to be a PR of Tatyana Navka’s new ice show “Swan Lake”, since the girl skated to the music from Tchaikovsky’s ballet of the same name. She stressed that this is not an objective and biased view of things. At the same time, the girl noted that such situations only temper a person.
On November 2, Peskov’s wife Tatyana Navka complained that Nadezhda was condemned in the competition because of the choice of dress and music. According to Navka, her daughter took third place in the competition. The girl received lower component scores than her rivals.
Elizaveta is Peskov’s daughter from her second marriage with Ekaterina Solotsinskaya. Nadezhda is the youngest daughter of a press secretary from Tatiana Navka.
