Corinthians lives expectation of earning with Malcom’s possible trip to Paris Saint-Germain

Corinthians is eyeing a negotiation that could happen in the next few days, as the winter window for international transfers in Europe closes this Tuesday. According to information from The Teamstriker Malcom, formed in the youth categories of Corinthians, who is currently at Zenit St.Petersburg, Russia, is the target of Paris Saint-Germain to supply the departure of Spaniard Pablo Sarabia, who was sold to Wolverhampton, England.

According to the French newspaper, the 25-year-old player was not a priority for PSG, who were looking to sign young Rayan Cherki from Lyon. However, Cherki’s release is seen as unlikely by the leadership of the current leader of the French Championship, who also does not want to spend a large amount of money not to be punished by Financial Fair Play.

In 2016, Malcom was sold by Corinthians to Bordeaux, from France, for 5 million euros (about R$ 30 million at current prices). Afterwards, he transferred to Barcelona and then to Zenit St.Petersburg. In the current season, the striker adds 15 goals scored and seven assists in 23 games and is one of the main players of the team, which leads the Russian Championship.

At Corinthians, Malcom played in the professional in 73 games – with 45 wins, 15 draws and 13 defeats. There were 10 goals and a title – the 2015 Brazilian Championship.
