The award ceremony of the FIFA ‘The Best’ awards for the best player and the best player of the year will be held on January 17 in Zurich virtually announced on Tuesday the International Football Federation (FIFA).
The Voting will be held between November 22 and December 10. In addition to the best soccer player in the male and female category, the best coaches will also be awarded and the eleven of the year will be designated in both categories. As stipulated in the award rules, the winners as the best players and coaches in women’s and men’s soccer will be determined by a Combined voting process involving captains and coaches of national teams from around the world, both men and women, as well as an online vote of the fans and the votes of a select group of more than 300 members of the press.
The ceremony of Ballon d’Or, delivered by France FootballIt will be on November 29.
The award of UEFA player of the year, attributed by season and not by calendar year, was delivered on August 26 to the Italian of Chelsea Jorginho, who won the Champions League with his club and the Eurocup with his national team. (D)
