Cristiano Ronaldo’s second official engagement for Al-Nassr was not as the star would have liked. The striker entered the field this Thursday and saw his team defeated by Al-Ittihad, by 3 to 1, in a duel valid for the semifinal of the Saudi Arabian Super Cup. Thus, the team bid farewell to the competition.
Those who attended the Rei Fahd International Stadium expecting to see CR7, were faced with the brilliance of Romarinho, a former Corinthians player. The Brazilian scored the first goal for Al-Ittihad and also provided two assists. Anderson Talisca scored for Al-Nassr.

In the tournament decision, Romarinho’s team, as well as Brazilians Marcelo Grohe and Bruno Henrique, face Al-Fayha, who defeated Al-Hilal in the other semifinal.
This was Cristiano’s second game for the Saudi club. In his debut, he went blank, but the team did not disappoint and secured a 1-0 victory over Al-Ettifaq, with a goal scored by Talisca.
Before, the Portuguese star participated in a friendly match between a combination of Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal against Paris Saint-Germain. PSG won the match 5-4.
