The Italian Zingerle is the best alpine acrobat
After the first run, the Italian occupied quite a distant, 26th place. His second run was much better. Zingerle had the best split times and confidently headed towards the finish line to take the lead. On the last goal, however, he hooked his stick on the goal, after which he lost his balance.
The competitor flew into the gate at the finish line with impetus and fell on the snow. After crossing the final line, one of his skis snapped and the Italian flew into the advertising bands. After a while he got up with a slight disbelief written on his face, and then he smiled at the fans and gave a sign that nothing had happened to him.
However, the loss of balance did not prevent him from taking the lead. The Italian was the leader of the competition for a long time, and finally took the 14th place, improving by as much as 12 places.
