The five tests against which Dani Alves will have to revoke to prove his innocence and go free

Although the Brazilian player Dani Alves prepares a strategy to avoid a sentence of between four and 12 years in prison for sexual crimes, his mission is not easy.

The right-back went voluntarily, last week, to a police station to answer for what he is accused of.

The process in the courts of the City of Catalan Justice, not only resulted in the arrest of the soccer player, but also the statement of the victim, in this case the 23-year-old woman who accused him of raping her in the bathroom of the Sutton nightclub, located in Barcelona.

Alves is increasingly compromised by various versions that he has given, which are contradicted in his defense and do not refute the woman’s accusation with weight.

Until now and in contrast to everything he has used to defend himself, Alves has to refute at least five pieces of evidence against him that favor the accuser.

The first mistake made by Alves in his defense was to declare three different versions of what happened that day, which completely contradict the direct and accurate accusation of the alleged victim.

The second is the medical report that produced the review of the young woman, who, two days after filing the complaint, handed over the dress she was carrying and underwent tests that did show signs of violence.

The third is the time that Alves and the woman were in the disco bathroom. According to the security cameras, they lasted 15 minutes, enough time for the alleged violation to last.

The fourth is the version of the tattoo that Alves has on the abdomen, which was accurately described by the young woman.

The fifth, apart from the recordings, the police found another filming by mistake, by a Mosso d’Esquadra, which also favors the complainant.
