This Wednesday, the Tottenham officially announced the signing of left winger Arnaut Danjuma. The 25-year-old player belongs to Villarreal and arrives on loan, with an option to buy, until the end of 2023.
Revealed by NEC Nijmegen, from the Netherlands, the Dutchman went to Club Brugge. After scoring 19 goals in 54 games for the Belgian team, he landed in English football at Bournemouth. However, in England, he failed to have the same performance, with an erased passage.
Since 2021 at Villarreal, Danjuma has regained good form at the Spanish club. Highlight of the team in the 2021/22 Champions League campaign, the winger played 51 matches and scored in 23 opportunities.

This is Tottenham’s first reinforcement in this transfer window. The team takes the field this Saturday, for the fourth round of the FA Cup, against Preston, at 3 pm (Brasília time), at Deepdale Stadium. For the English Championship, the team plays against Manchester City, on the 5th, at 1:30 pm, at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
At the moment, the team occupies the fifth position, with 36 points, three points ahead of Manchester United, the first club within the qualification zone for the next Champions League.
