Fitness trainer Anastasia Yurkova said that with the help of sports you can’t increase breasts
Fitness trainer Anastasia Yurkova dispelled the myth of breast augmentation without surgery. It is reported by Gazeta.Ru.
The master trainer of the XFIT group programs in Russia said that you can’t pump it up with the help of sports. She explained that the pectoral muscles and the chest (mammary gland) have no relationship other than being located in the same part of the body. The gland is located on top of the muscle and does not perform an action, since it is not a muscle. “When a woman loses weight, breast volume also decreases,” Yurkova emphasized.
In February 2021, former Russian national football player Vladimir Bystrov called the big breasts among athletes the main problem of figure skating. He cited singer Anna Semenovich as an example, noting that if she wanted to stay in sports, she would “cut off her boobs.”
Earlier, fitness trainer Cecilia Harris said that seven-minute workouts are more effective than long-term work in the gym. She explained that short high-intensity sessions help to suppress hunger, as opposed to hour-long workouts, which cause it to spike.
