Trainer Anton Komarevtsev named three effective exercises for slim legs. His words are reported by Life.

The specialist advised doing a side plank with hip abduction. To do this, lie on your right side with an opera on the elbow and thigh of the right leg, bent at the knee. Then it is necessary to raise the pelvis so that a straight line of the body is formed, straighten the left leg and lower it to the floor. Next, you need to raise the pelvis up, simultaneously performing the abduction of the thigh with the left leg, and then slowly lower back.

Komarevtsev also recommended doing a wide stance squat. Starting position – spread the feet slightly wider than the pelvis, slightly spread the socks to the sides, fold the arms on the chest in the castle. Then, while inhaling, you need to smoothly begin to squat, pushing the pelvis back, and as you exhale, return back. At the same time, at the bottom point, the thigh should be parallel with the floor. “Squeeze your buttocks at the moment of lifting, keeping the abdominal muscles in constant tension,” the trainer added.

Another exercise that the trainer suggests doing is lunges. “You need to put your feet hip-width apart, fix your gaze in front of you and step back from this position. The length of the step should be maintained so that in the lower position the knee joints are bent at a right angle. Gently lower yourself down and powerfully, with an exhalation, return to the starting position, raising your knee in front of you and rising on your toe, ”said Komarevtsev.

All exercises are performed in three sets of 15-20 times. Komarevtsev stressed that during training, you need to monitor the sensations in the muscles and general well-being.

Earlier, fitness trainer Tatyana Minzhurenko spoke about three exercises to improve flexibility. The specialist noted that to facilitate the process, you need to use a special belt.
