Trainer Lydia Rees showed exercises for burning fat with a towel and pillow
Postpartum recovery coach Lydia Rees showed exercises to burn fat with a towel and pillow. Her words leads The Sun.
To strengthen the abdominal muscles, the specialist advises doing “Russian twists”, which, according to her, are basic in this workout. To do this, you need to sit on the floor, bending your knees, straighten your back and raise your upper body at an angle of 45 degrees. Next, pull a towel between your hands and do tilts to the right and left without turning the body – 20 repetitions on each side.
The trainer also demonstrated an exercise for working out the press, designed for ten sets. “Lie on your back, bend your hips to 90 degrees, and place a book on your lap. Stretch your legs and lower to the floor, holding the book on weight, ”advises Rhys.
Pillow training will also help strengthen your core muscles. “Lie on your back with your legs straight and arms outstretched above your head, holding a pillow. Slowly lift your upper back off the floor, stretching your arms up, hold for a few seconds, ”the coach explains. The number of repetitions is ten. According to Rees, this program will allow you to keep fit and not spend money on going to the gym.
Previously, Pilates trainer Helen O’Leary revealed ways to improve your fitness in five minutes a day. According to the expert, this is enough time to form a habit and see results. The trainer recommends doing the exercises several times a week.
