Russian mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Alexander Emelianenko was refused entry to the Moscow shopping center Kuntsevo Plaza. This is reported by the Telegram channel SHOT.
Eyewitnesses noticed an athlete who was in a “thoughtful state” on one of the Moscow streets. After security deployed Emelianenko at the entrance to the shopping center, the fighter staggered out of the building.
On October 29, Emelianenko invited journalists to bet on their sobriety. “If one of you sees me drunk in the next year, I will give you all 500 rubles each. And if not, then I’ll leave the card number somewhere and you will send it to me,” he said at a press conference.
Emelianenko began his career in 2003. He is known for his performances in Pride, M-1 Global, WFCA. In total, the fighter spent 38 fights. He won 28 victories and suffered 9 defeats, another fight with his participation ended in a draw.
