The Brazilian player Dani Alves is not having a good time in Barcelona, Spain, after he was arrested early in the morning for an accusation against him, for alleged sexual harassment.
The right-back voluntarily went to a police station to answer for an alleged sexual assault, sources from the Catalan regional police told AFP.

According to the Spanish portal Sports.es, the young woman was with two other friends and a group of Mexican friends in an area outside the VIP, especially where Dani Alves was.
Apparently the player, accompanied by another friend, invited the girl and other friends to the VIP area.
After several attempts the girl agreed. In a short time, Alves began to flirt and touch the young woman, until he took her to the nearby bathroom, by force, to lock her up and continue groping more explicitly.

The Spanish website explains that the victim’s statement says that the player pulled up her dress, told her to tell him that “she was his whore” and invited her to give him a fellatio, to which the girl did not agree. Before this, he hit her and in the midst of her weakness, he raped her.
The worst thing for Alves is that the security cameras of the place show many coincidences in the actions before and after the alleged violation. Of the action as such in the bathroom there is no evidence.
The alleged crime was committed on the night of December 30, days before the young woman filed charges against the player after receiving a forensic report confirming injuries, allegedly due to the action.
