Rafa Nadal experienced a curious moment during the first set of the match that ended up beating Englishman Jack Draper 7-5, 2-6, 6-4, 6-1, in 3 hours and 41 minutes at the Australian Open.
The Spanish tennis player “lost” a racket and was looking for it during one of the breaks in the set, a situation that he was surprised and amused commenting on with the referee judge, published daily Brand from Spain.

“They have taken a racket that was not. That he has the antivibrator and everything”, explains Álex Corretja in the broadcast of ‘Eurosport’.
Apparently Nadal asked for a racket to be strung, but they took the one that was fine and was already ready to play.
“The ball boy has taken her,” a linesman told Nadal, who took this ‘theft’ with a sense of humor.
“The ball boy has taken my racket,” said Nadal with a laugh, who fortunately ended up winning that first set 7-5.
In the second round of the Australian Open, the Spanish tennis player will face the American Mackenzie McDonald… and hopefully this time with all his rackets. (D)
