Francisco Egaspresident of the Ecuadorian Football Federation (FEF), recalled the hours that preceded the decision to exclude defender Byron Castillo from Ecuador’s World Cup rosterfollowing an adverse decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
