The Russian national football team asked Oksimiron to postpone the release of a new album

Representatives of the Russian national football team appealed to rap artist Oksimiron (real name – Miron Fedorov) with a request to postpone the release of the new album due to the matches of the qualifying stage of the 2022 World Cup. The commentary is available on the artist’s YouTube channel.

“Miron Yanovic, we have games on November 11 and 14. Can you not release the album on these dates? ” – asked the press service of the national team. A comment was left under the rapper’s video for the song “Tsunami”.

On November 1, Oksimiron released his first solo track in four years, “Who Killed Mark?” and posted a clip on it. The video begins with a short black-and-white clip, filmed in 2011. On it you can see how the artist is kneeling and receiving a slap in the face from rapper Roma Zhigan, who thus demanded to apologize for insulting him.

The Russian national team has two qualifying matches left for the World Cup. On November 11, the Russians will play at home with Cyprus. In three days, the away team will meet with Croatia.
