O Manchester United defeated Bournemouth with ease on Tuesday, but Erik Ten Hag, coach of the team, is still not satisfied. Even with the 3-0 winthe Dutchman still sees some in his squad.
The Red Devils relied on goals from Casemiro, Luke Shaw and Marcus Rashford, as well as good saves from David De Gea, to clinch a fourth consecutive victory in the Premier League. Still, Ten Hag still sees room for improvement in the team.
“It was 3-0 and I’m happy with that. It’s clear. But today was not our best game. We need to be smart as a team and score good goals, but sometimes we’re lucky. Good saves from David (De Gea) but we need to play a little smarter and as a team to finally end up with two departments. One attacking and one defending,” said the commander.

Ten Hag commented on the strategy that Manchester United must adopt to be able to be well in all matches, since it is playing four simultaneous competitions, the English Championship, the FA Cup, the English League Cup and the Europa League.
“We have to go game by game. The next match is a cup game, but there’s also the league. We want to win every game and that has to be a process. The process has to be winning the next game and not looking further.” We have to focus on that, and we know that, so we have to bring energy and preparation to have energy when we play on Friday”, explained the coach.
With this Tuesday’s victory, Manchester United reached 35 points in the Premier League and continued in fourth place in the competition. The team returns to the field on Friday, at 5 pm (Brasília time), to face Everton, for the third round of the FA Cup, at Old Trafford.
