In “Aris” told about the injury of Kokorin

Aris head coach Shpilevsky said that Kokorin missed games due to a microtrauma

Aris head coach Alexey Shpilevsky told why the Russian striker Alexander Kokorin missed the last four games of the Cypriot club. The coach’s words are quoted by RB Sport.

“Sasha has a microtrauma. She has been bothering him for a long time, she was present before. Maybe then it didn’t feel so strong. But then, four matches ago, he felt it, so they decided to save him, ”said Shpilevsky.

The coach noted that Kokorin had already returned to the general group and had two training sessions. Shpilevsky expressed hope that the football player will be able to take part in the match of the Cypriot championship against APOEL, which will be held on December 22.

In October and November, Kokorin was recognized as the best player in the club. In total this season, the 31-year-old Russian has played ten matches for the team, in which he scored five goals and two assists.

On August 31, it became known that Kokorin moved from Fiorentina to Aris on loan. The duration of the agreement was not disclosed. In the Italian team for a year and a half, the Russian striker did not make a single effective action.
