Jonathan Israel García Bravo, 29, was murdered on Saturday night while he was outside a house in the Ursa neighborhood, in eastern Manta.
Two people on a motorcycle approached where García was and shot several times at the young man’s body.

At least four were the shots that García Bravo received, who fell prone. Later, relatives and neighbors took him to a clinic in the Los Esteros parish, where he died after 8:00 p.m.
Ricardo Yánez, head of Operational Coordination of the Manta Police District, indicated that the caliber of the bullets used in this murder was nine millimeters.

Against García Bravo there was a criminal record for possession of a firearm, drugs and receipt of stolen weapons. (YO)
