The number of cases of recovery increased by 6,682 during the day, while 8,649 cured people were announced the day before. The proportion of those who have recovered, according to the data of the federal operational headquarters for the fight against coronavirus infection, is 96.6% of the total number of infections.
The number of deaths increased per day by 118 people – this is the minimum number of deaths from coronavirus per day, counting from October 5, 2020.

In the Moscow region, 309 cases of COVID-19 infection were recorded per day (the day before – 259 cases), the number of cases of recovery increased by 351, one person died.
In St. Petersburg, the number of confirmed cases of coronavirus infection increased by 373 over the day against 357 the day before, the number of recoveries in the city increased by 374 people, the number of deaths increased by 14.
