In conversation with this newspaper, Santiago Guarderas assured that on June 4, 2018, he transferred his shares in the Quevedo & Ponce law firm and a company dedicated to real estate issues in Panama, to which he belonged since 1998.
“I am a man who respects the regulations, I have not made the legal issues public, but I have to report that the General Comptroller of the State has issued an opinion filing the process because it has documented that I do not have any shares, goods or capital in no country considered as tax havens or any other regime,” he added.
