A recent color photograph of the face of the applicant, size 32×26 millimeters, with a plain white uniform background, taken from the front without dark glasses or any other garment that may prevent or hinder the identification of the person. (Photograph must clearly show the oval of the face, including eyebrows, eyes, nose, mouth and chin, and must be of high resolution and on good quality photographic paper). – In case of change of address, with respect to the one that appears in the previous Document, certificate or registration form of the City Council where the applicant has his domicile, issued with a maximum of three months in advance of the date of the request for the DNI.
