The Court of Criminal Guarantees, made up of judges Smirnova Calderón, Guedis Cevallos and Jeovanny Suárez, accepted the evidence presented by the Prosecutor’s Office and issued the sentence, which includes the payment of a fine of 1,066 unified basic salaries (453,050 dollars) and 5,000 dollars as comprehensive reparation to the victim.
