During the debate, the prosecutor demanded a year and four months in prison for the blogger, as well as deprivation of rights for three years. In the last word, Beal pleaded guilty and asked not to be sent to prison, stating that he was “reborn”.
Recall that Beal provoked an accident with five cars in the center of Moscow, one woman, State Duma consultant Maria Artemova, was seriously injured. Subsequently, it was found that Beal’s sporcar, which drove into the oncoming lane, violated the speed limit more than 400 times since the beginning of 2021. Meanwhile, no fines were issued because the car was driving with fake license plates.
