Residents of Karelia complain about a sharp jump in prices in stores, writes MK Karelia. As the newspaper notes, not only sugar and cereals have risen in price: the cost of children’s goods has increased several times – in particular, diapers, mixtures, creams, and so on.
So, a resident of Petrozavodsk told the publication that the prices for children’s goods “have always been rather big, and now they are cosmic.” So, a hypoallergenic formula for feeding a child currently costs about 2 thousand rubles per 800 grams. The price of Advantan and Bepanten ointments also went up, from 600 to 800 rubles.
Another mother of a newborn noted that the goods in online stores that the family bought for discharge from the hospital had at least doubled in price. According to her, an envelope for an extract from the maternity hospital, which cost 1,420 rubles, now costs 2,425 rubles.
Suojärvi also told the publication about the rise in prices. In particular, a pack of diapers for 64 pieces used to cost about 1300 rubles, and now from 1700 to 2500 rubles.
As the newspaper notes, the rise in prices for children’s goods was noticed in St. Petersburg. Thus, a pack of 120 diapers has risen in price from 1,700 to more than 3,000 rubles. And in some online stores, prices for such packaging reach 10 thousand rubles.
