The armed forces of the Russian Federation in the course of a special military operation in Ukraine with the help of the coastal missile system “Bastion” destroyed the Ukrainian centers of electronic intelligence in the Odessa region. This was announced at a regular briefing by the official representative of the department, Major General Igor Konashenkov.

He also reported on the first use of the Kinzhal missile system with hypersonic aeroballistic missiles by the RF Armed Forces. “Dagger” was used to destroy the underground ammunition depot of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, over the past 24 hours, Russian armed forces have hit 69 Ukrainian military facilities, including three S-300s and one Buk-M1, and shot down 12 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles in the air. Since the start of the special military operation, 196 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles, 1,438 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, and 145 multiple rocket launchers have been destroyed.

Recall that on February 21, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed decrees recognizing the independence of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics (DPR and LPR), and on February 24 he made an emergency appeal to the Russians and announced a special military operation in Donbass. In his speech, he stated that “circumstances require decisive action from Russia” and stressed that “Russia will not allow Ukraine to have nuclear weapons.”
