“Now on Telegram” is not even a meme, it’s life that has become a meme

Due to the blocking (not yet all, but some) of foreign social networks in Russia, many users and influencers (social network stars with millions of subscribers) for some reason switch to the Telegram messenger.

Actually, it’s pretty stupid. For example, Instagram is a social network for visuals, the main photo and video are there. A “cart” is primarily a messenger, a means of communication. These are completely different services both in functionality and, if you like, in mentality.

What may be popular among Facebook and Twitter users may not be understood by the average Instagram user at all. And if they all come running to Telegram, where “their own atmosphere” reigns, they either have to adapt to it, which means starting everything from scratch, or not to twitch and sit in the network where they sat.

Of course, Instagram is the least fortunate. There is the largest percentage of people who are not able to install a VPN for themselves. But still, these are not all “Instagramers” without exception. Someone will still make it.

However, a massive influx into Telegram is happening, and it has produced a rather amusing effect. Many Cart users notice that they receive messages about a new messenger user with the most ridiculous, funny and mysterious names. This is due to the fact that in phone contacts, many mark people either with nicknames, or their occupation, or simply showing their attitude towards the subscriber.

These messages have become such a mass phenomenon that even an account “Now in Telegram” appeared on Twitter blocked in the Russian Federation. The brightest and funniest samples of messages about newly arrived users of the application are collected there. But there are very few of them, so Rosbalt Like has collected a dozen of the funniest and most ridiculous in general from all over Twitter.
