The Association of Banks of Ecuador (Asobanca) indicated that during the days of the holiday for the Day of the Dead and the Independence of Cuenca, customer service will be through ATMs, non-bank correspondents, virtual banking platforms or mobile applications and; in person, in those banking agencies that have delayed hours.
In any case, the association indicated that it is recommended that depending on the bank of each user who needs to go to an agency, review the special service hours that each can establish.
